EXAIR’s Chip Vac, a powerful pneumatic vacuum designed to remove material such as metal, wood, or plastic chips, now has an updated filter bag that can resist the rigors of an industrial facility and prevent dirt and debris from reentering the workspace. The filter bag, made of a new, singed polyester fabric, has a refined look and feel while also providing better performance, making it perfect for procedures that use CNCs, mills, lathes, routers, and other tools.
The new and upgraded filter bag was designed to improve filtering, reduce dust release, and increase longevity. The new material has a permeability of 50-70 CFM, allowing for increased ventilation while keeping and absorbing dust with minimal clogging or accumulation. The updated design also has a lightweight, soft-to-the-touch material that is more durable and less prone to tearing. This filter material was designed specifically for filtration purposes and can filter particles as fine as 30 microns.
