The built-in smart home capabilities of the Aladdin Connect app allow homeowners to monitor and control access from practically anywhere. Instant notifications tell users if the door is opened without their permission, while remote access allows authorized family members, delivery drivers, or service providers to enter. Automated closing functions ensure that the garage is never left open accidently.
The G3120HL combines a redesigned design with the performance attributes that the Genie brand is known for. The G3120HL, powered by a 24-volt DC motor, opens most sectional garage doors up to 10 feet high and 500 pounds at a smooth, ultra-quiet 7 inches per second. Genie’s quiet start and stop technology lowers noise and wear.
