NanaWall Reimagines CERO Large Panel Minimal Sliding Glass Walls for Enhanced Architectural Minimalism

    NanaWall’s award-winning CERO Large Panel Minimal Sliding Glass Walls have been revamped and rebuilt to provide architects with even more architectural options and functionality.

    NanaWall’s award-winning CERO Large Panel Minimal Sliding Glass Walls have been revamped and rebuilt to provide architects with even more architectural options and functionality. NanaWall Systems, the pioneers of the opening glass wall category, created CERO to be basic in form but meticulously built, resulting in clean, consistent, and ultra-thin lines for maximum light-filled rooms that merge the interior and outside whether open or closed.

    “We designed CERO to offer the most pure, symmetrical, and minimalist elements for architectural design – while maintaining the highest standards of engineering and technical performance,” stated Ebrahim Nana, President and Founder of NanaWall Systems. “For than a decade, CERO has been the architect’s first option for creating attractive, light-filled rooms with maximum sightlines in both commercial and residential settings. Our latest upgrades will strengthen that position and enable CERO to be used in even more designs and configurations.”

    Some of the new main features in CERO are:

    • Panel heights can reach 15 feet, which is more than 15% higher than the original, with the option of seven or more tracks and open corner configurations.
    • New minimum sill that seemingly disappears with completed flooring inserts and provides barefoot friendly transitions;
    • Rails and stiles are an extremely slender and uniform 1 5/16″ (34mm) top to bottom, side to side, providing a symmetrical and minimalist design with exquisite sightlines and a 98% glass to frame ratio.
    • Cero is a versatile solution for commercial exterior projects, transforming glazed floor-to-ceiling facades into flexible openings in offices, hotels, restaurants, and auto dealerships.
    • For commercial interiors and offices, CERO is a fully tested and acoustically rated minimal sliding glass wall capable of reaching sound control up to a unit STC 43.
    • It also offers breathtaking design possibilities for residential projects, allowing floor-to-ceiling openings in clerestory and double height living.

    NanaWall CERO offers a variety of track and concealed carrier systems for smooth glide, including minimum, flush, and performance sill options. An integrated screen is offered for configurations that glide and meet at the jam. Optional automation features include a two-step safety function that uses motion sensors to protect people and pets, system auto-lock, and wired or wireless smart switches. The NanaWall 3D Configurator may also be used to design and test CERO setups, resulting in specifications and design drawings in seven simple steps.
