NanaWall Introduces the CERO Minimal Sill, Offering a Shallow, Barely-There Design

Minimal Sill, a revolutionary new sill option that provides a smooth, barefoot-friendly design for NanaWall cero minimal-framed sliding glass walls.

NanaWall, a pioneer and industry leader in opening glass wall technology, is excited to introduce the Minimal Sill, a revolutionary new sill option that provides a smooth, barefoot-friendly design for NanaWall cero minimal-framed sliding glass walls.

The new addition comes with novel features, including:

    • Top-Tier Testing: The Minimal Sill’s independent testing for wind, water, structural, and operating force produces exceptional results.
    • Water Resistance: Engineered to protect interiors from severe rain, having a water resistance rating of 5.34 psf.
    • Shallow Design: The practical shallow design provides a barefoot-friendly and ADA-compliant transition while also making installation easier.
    • Energy Efficiency: The shallow design is thermally fractured, resulting in increased energy efficiency.
    • Aesthetic Minimalism: Provides an unobstructed threshold for aesthetically seamless, barely-there transitions with completed flooring inserts.

NanaWall cero sliding glass wall technology has an outstanding 98% glass-to-frame ratio and recently enhanced panel heights to 15 feet. Even with these large panels, the cero system is easy to navigate thanks to its floor-supported panels. Cero’s sill solutions, including the new Minimal Sill, include the NanaWall Gothic arch roller system, which ensures smooth, frictionless operation. Each roller is contained within the bottom panel profile, preserving the system’s sleek, basic appearance while also delivering enhanced aesthetics.
