Diablo Tools “Amps Up” Performance with the Release of Two New Amped Carbide Teeth Reciprocating Saw Blades

Diablo Tools (“Diablo”), which provides a solution-oriented variety of best-in-the-world and best-for-our-world solutions for professional users, has added two new blades to its unique range of AMPED carbide teeth reciprocating saw blades: general purpose and medium metal blades.

These extreme blades include cutting-edge technology, including Titanium Cobalt (TiCo) Hi-Density Carbide and Black I.C.E. coating, to deliver extreme efficiency, cutting life, and adaptability in wood and metal demolition and cutting applications.

Since building rules and materials continue to advance at a rapid pace, there is a growing demand for trustworthy, long-lasting blades that smoothly cut through woods, metals, and other harsh materials. To assist tackle these issues, power tool makers continue to create new corded and cordless tool advancements with better battery technology. Professionals rely on cutting solutions that use fewer AMPs to maximize battery efficiency and have a longer cutting life to reduce blade changes. Existing reciprocating blades on the market do not meet the professional user’s expectations for life expectancy, performance, and durability, resulting in lost time and money.

Diablo addressed these problems in 2020 with the release of its first AMPED reciprocating blade, Steel Demon AMPED for thick metal. This industry-first blade redefined what it meant to have long cutting life and high productivity. Diablo is “AMPing” up its game-changing line of application-specific AMPED reciprocating saw blades today with the addition of general purpose and For nail-embedded woods, metals, and plastics, use medium metal blades.

Diablo’s 9 TPI Demo Demon AMPED General Purpose Carbide Teeth Reciprocating Saw Blades and 10 TPI Steel Demon AMPED Medium Metal Carbide Teeth Reciprocating Saw Blades offer an industry-leading selection. The General Purpose reciprocating blade outperforms other blades on the market, providing professionals with a “jack of all trades” solution for wood and metal cutting, whilst the Medium Metal reciprocating blade is the first of its kind for iron, stainless steel, and other metals. These cutting blades provide unrivaled performance, with up to 100X the cutting life of ordinary bi-metal blades and up to 2X the performance of standard carbide blades.

“As the pioneer and industry leader of carbide reciprocating blade technology, Diablo’s expansion of the AMPED carbide reciprocating saw blades is bringing a new wave of cutting resources into the industry,” remarked Russell Kohl, President and CEO of Diablo/Freud Tools. “Our continued investment in disruptive technology has allowed us to AMPlify our already revolutionary AMPED product into more applications with the ability to cut medium metals, clean wood, and nail-embedded wood, while also ensuring we deliver on the demands of extreme life and durability. This range’s ability to cut through a variety of applications and provide an unmatched 100X the life compared to standard bi-metal blades while also saving our users time and money is exemplary and a true testament of Diablo’s commitment to delivering real, quantifiable solutions to our products and users.”
