SKF Lincoln Introduces Their New Premium Air Hose Program

SKF Lincoln is excited to introduce their two newest advancements in air hose technology: premium nitrile rubber and hybrid hoses.

SKF Lincoln is excited to introduce their two newest advancements in air hose technology: premium nitrile rubber and hybrid hoses, which promise outstanding performance and durability while also being environmentally responsible. Their revolutionary design has recently boosted the compressor air hose industry.

Premium nitrile rubber hose models 72N3850 and 72N1250:

The premium nitrile hose is designed to be resilient in the harshest circumstances, making it a champion of durability and versatility. This hose, made of high-quality nitrile rubber, performs well in applications that involve oil, grease, and a variety of other chemicals encountered in the workplace. Its sturdy design assures dependable operation even in the roughest conditions, making it an ideal choice for garages, maintenance facilities, paint booths, and other applications where consumers demand perfection.

Key Features:

  • Highly resistant to oil, grease, and chemicals.
  • Flexible, kink-resistant, and lies flat under pressure, making it easy to use.
  • The hose is equipped with leak-free brass fittings and soft protecting sleeves, which extends its life.

Premium hybrid hose variants 72H3850 and 72H1250

The premium hybrid hose, which is both lightweight and robust, sets new standards for efficiency and maneuverability. This hybrid hose strikes the ideal balance between durability and adaptability by combining the strength of PVC with the flexibility of rubber. Whether you’re working in confined quarters or traveling long distances, the premium hybrid hose provides excellent performance without weighting you down.

Key Features:

  • Lightweight design for easy use and mobility.
  • Kink-resistant with all-weather flexibility (-40 to 150 degrees Fahrenheit).
  • Lays flat under pressure, allowing for easy maneuverability and safety.
  • The hose is equipped with leak-free brass fittings and soft protecting sleeves, which extends its life.

The 50-foot hoses are available in 3/8″ and 1/2″ sizes, with 1/4″ and 1/2″ NPT fittings. The hoses can be used either on the ground or on air reels, such as the popular Lincoln types 83753 and 83754.

Both hose types are designed to provide excellent performance while adhering to the strictest environmental standards. With a focus on sustainability, both are PFAS-free, which is consistent with standards that will soon become law in several jurisdictions.

“When we expanded the Lincoln hose line, we wanted to provide our customers with unmatched performance that could be used in a variety of applications,” stated Keith Rohan, Senior Product Manager at SKF Lincoln. “We have accomplished this with the introduction of the premium nitrile and hybrid polymer air hoses that are of the highest quality while remaining competitively priced.”

“We’re excited to offer industry-leading solutions that not only exceed expectations in performance but also contribute to a healthier planet.”

The new SKF Lincoln hoses are now available from your local dealer.
