Lennar, one of the nation’s leading homebuilders, has announced the start of sales for Executive and Estate homes at Wellen Park Golf and Country Club, the newest community within the award-winning Wellen Park masterplan in Southwest Florida.
Wellen Park Golf and Country Club’s executive and estate home designs will include generous living spaces and thoughtful design details such as gourmet kitchens and resort-inspired owner’s suites.
The homes will include Lennar’s signature Everything’s Included® program, which includes the most popular options and upgrades in the base price.
Each home is also a Lennar Connected Home, which includes the eero Pro 6 mesh Wi-Fi system, the Ring alarm and video doorbell, the Lift Master MyQ smart garage control, and the Flo by Moen smart water detector, the Honeywell Pro smart thermostat, and the Schlage Smart Lock.
Wellen Park’s Executive and Estate homes have two to four bedrooms and two to three baths and range in size from 1,850 to 3,473 square feet. Prices start in the mid-$600,000s.

The masterplan for Wellen Park encompasses 11,000 acres. When completed, the Wellen Park masterplan will include over 22,500 homes and three districts that will mix residential, high-end commercial space, and resort-style recreation, such as golf and watersports.
More than 1,300 homes from Lennar’s popular modern coastal series, which embraces the bright, carefree Florida lifestyle, will be included in Wellen Park Golf and Country Club.
Wellen Park is located in the Venice/North Port area, nearly equidistant between Tampa and Fort Myers.
It is less than 10 miles from famous Florida beaches and minutes from the scenic Myakka River and Myakka State Forest. The location of Wellen Park is convenient to both Interstate 75 and US Route 41.
Wellen Park Golf and Country Club residents will have access to a resort-style pool and spa, a fitness center with yoga and aerobics rooms, a nail and beauty salon, a tennis center with Har-Tru courts, and a pro shop, pickleball and bocce ball courts, and on-site dining.
Gordon B. Lewis’ 18-hole championship golf course will open in the first half of 2023 and will include a golf pro shop, chipping area, putting green, driving range, and cart barn.
Children living in Wellen Park will be able to attend Sarasota County Schools’ Taylor Ranch Elementary, Venice Middle School, and Venice High School.
There are also nearby charter and technical school options, as well as the adjacent campus of the State College of Florida.
Lennar intends to construct Terrace Condominiums, Veranda Condominiums, and Coach Homes within Wellen Park Golf and Country Club, with sales expected to begin in late 2022.
The future multifamily homes in the community will range in size from 1,120 to 2,110 square feet and will be divided into Terrace Condominiums, Veranda Condominiums, and Coach Homes. Pricing for multifamily residences will be announced later this year.
