Both the manual ProCare 8500 and the automatic 8500A, both of which are now available for purchase, were designed to offer the widest door opening in the industry for telescopic doors, as well as all of the features that healthcare professionals rely on every day to protect patients.

- The 8500 boasts the industry’s largest clear door opening, measuring 56.8 inches “of clearance for an 8′ telescopic door, allowing patients, staff, and equipment to move more swiftly in and out of ICU rooms when space is limited, saving important time in patient care. Likewise, the 8500A provides 55.7 “of clearance for a package 8′ long.
- Push-button break-out and reset, allowing a single staff person to instantly open and reset the complete door system with minimal effort.
- Synchronized panels on a trackless system produce a calmer atmosphere to eliminate patient disturbances and helps to reduce the number of places bacteria and germs can grow.
- Contoured handles and latch and lock shrouds avoid IV line snagging.
