Signature Systems Introduces DiamondTrack Trackout System

Signature Systems of Texas, a global company that engineers, manufactures, and distributes premium composite matting solutions for industrial, stadium, government, and event applications, has introduced the DiamondTrack trackout system, a low-cost composite mat alternative to traditional rock construction zone entrances.

DiamondTrack trackout mats have a distinctive diamond-shaped topography that provides unrivaled strength, durability, and efficacy in removing silt from vehicle tires as they exit construction zones. DiamondTrack portable mats are virtually maintenance-free once installed, requiring no periodic replacement or costly, time-consuming cleanup. DiamondTrack mats prevent Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) compliance issues, allowing Signature’s customers to avoid costly fines. They can also be used as a Best Management Practice (BMP) to meet SWPPP for a Stabilized Construction Exit (SCE).

Each diamond feature in Signature’s matting system has a load bearing capacity of 425 PSI and offers 30% more surface area and 12% more perimeter contact area with the base than rival composite trackout mats. DiamondTrack mats may bend extensively without breaking or undergoing irreversible deformation, ensuring a long working life.

The DiamondTrack trackout system is readily cleaned and reused on many job sites for up to ten years, with a typical payback period of a few projects, resulting in a speedy return on investment. DiamondTrack mats can be recycled to make new items when they are no longer in use.

Signature Systems has extensive experience providing a full range of composite matting products for industrial, stadium, government, and event applications, as well as a global sales and distribution footprint that enables the company to provide best-in-class installation and field sales support to clients worldwide.
