CENTRIA Introduces Nova Fins for Commercial Building Exteriors, Enabling Architects to Achieve New Aesthetic Levels

With the introduction of Nova Fins, custom-fabricated metal accent fins for the building facade, CENTRIA, a leading innovator and manufacturer of the world’s most advanced building envelope wall and roof panels, is changing the conversation about aesthetics.

The aluminum fins work in tandem with two of CENTRIA’s leading metal panel profiles, allowing architects and designers to create one-of-a-kind visual elements for a wide range of commercial construction projects.

“Architects and property owners want their projects to be noticed. They are constantly looking for new ways to distinguish their building’s design, and the appearance of the facade contributes significantly to first impressions and overall curb appeal “noted Julie Schessler, product manager, CENTRIA.

“The new Nova Fins from CENTRIA can have a dramatic impact on façade aesthetics, adding visual dimension that can set a building apart. They also include the CENTRIA material science and engineering know-how that building professionals have relied on for decades.”

Nova Fins are made of folded or extruded aluminum and come in lengths ranging from four to fifteen feet and depths ranging from 1.5 to four inches. The fins are horizontally integrated with the Formawall Dimension Series, a high-performance building envelope system that combines six wall components into one product and creates distinct architectural wall profiles to match any building design.

Intercept Modular Metal Panels and Nova Fins can be combined vertically and horizontally. The panels provide rainscreen protection with an architecturally pleasing exterior façade and are ideal for industries such as healthcare, pharmaceuticals, office buildings, retail, and others.

CENTRIA supports Nova Fins with its cutting-edge manufacturing process and in-house engineering and design services.
