DAP Launches Only Premium Hybrid Construction Adhesive Available in 28-Fluid Ounce Cartridge

DAP, a market leader in home improvement and construction goods, has introduced the new HD Max Construction Adhesive, a premium hybrid formula with polyurethane strength that offers outstanding durability and powerful adhesion even at harsh temperatures.

DAP’s HD Max is the only hybrid construction adhesive on the market to be available in a 28-Fluid Ounce cartridge, giving it an outstanding bargain for professionals looking to complete larger jobs.

“DAP created HD Max to provide hardworking professionals with a premium hybrid formula that would be a workhorse adhesive for many projects, in many conditions,” stated Matt Nolder, Adhesives Product Manager at DAP. “The 28-fluid ounce cartridge makes HD Max the perfect combination of value and performance, offering pros a hybrid solution for larger jobs.”

With polyurethane strength, HD Max attaches nearly everything, from non-porous substrates like aluminum, PVC, and mirror to porous, textured materials like brick, concrete, and drywall, with remarkable adhesion and durability indoors and out. Whether working in blistering heat or frigid cold, HD Max rises to the task with its capacity to connect in severe temperatures, as it can be gunned out and bonded anywhere between 0 and 120 degrees Fahrenheit. Its low-odor composition also makes it suitable for indoor use.

HD Max not only redefines construction adhesive value, but it also improves user experience by adhering to wet surfaces while being simple to apply and regulate. Furthermore, HD Max goes above and above by providing a strong, waterproof bond that is both durable and flexible. From landscaping and tub surround to mirror, marble, and granite installation, its strong and long-lasting connection makes it the go-to solution for a wide range of applications.

“DAP’s innovative HD Max eliminates project constraints caused by standard hybrid construction adhesive cartridge dimensions. “HD Max’s 28-fluid ounce cartridge enables them to tackle large projects and a wide range of applications with a single hybrid product,” Nolder remarked.

DAP HD Max is one of several high-performance adhesives that generate strong, long-lasting connections. The product line comprises Heavy Duty, All Purpose, Drywall, Foamboard, and Subfloor construction adhesives. HD Max cartridges are available in 9 fl oz and 28 fl oz sizes at select hardware stores and lumber yards nationwide.
