AD-ACE and Green Valley Products Announce Industry-First ACE Approved Spray Foam Insulation

This collaboration represents the future of responsible industry growth, addressing the growing demand for high-efficiency insulation.

AD-ACE and Green Valley Products collaborated to create the first ACE-approved spray foam insulation. This creative collaboration, which represents a key milestone in the industry, combines cutting-edge technology with stringent standards.

After months of collaboration using cutting-edge technology and equipment, the two companies have created a game-changing answer. This is the first collaboration between an independent chemical supplier and an equipment manufacturer.

Jeff Smith, VP of Sales at Akurate Dynamics, stated, “Working with Green Valley Products from the ground up on the development of their open and closed cell spray foams was a huge opportunity. Using our newly introduced AD-ACE System to verify that all conditions for a stable product were met, we addressed major problems in the spray foam business regarding regulations and certifications.”

Paul Valle, CEO of Green Valley Products, continued, “We have gone to tremendous measures to design and reliably produce top-tier open and closed cell products. The AD-ACE System validates our commitment to maintaining the highest standards and gives visible proof of our quality to our contractors.”

This collaboration represents the future of responsible industry growth, addressing the growing demand for high-efficiency insulation. Previously, there was no third-party validation for polyurethane spray foam, a product that is created entirely on-site.

Smith continued, “The AD-ACE System was developed to integrate chemical and equipment operations, addressing the daily variability faced by spray foam applicators. The AD-ACE System’s automated data collection ensures that the processing variables are documented in an immutable report, proving that the product was produced properly.”

This alignment reduces risk for all parties, including contractors and building owners. By evaluating installations, chemical companies can ensure appropriate product processing, while contractors receive instant feedback, allowing any difficulties to be resolved quickly.
