The 2024 Saddle and Lo-Side Boxes are the next step in truck box security, with 1Key Ultralock, which combines highest security protection, the ability to manage keys to many boxes, and new visual locking indications. One-key coding gives the best in fleet truck box key synchronizing, while a new, bold red push button lock mechanism informs end-users whether the box is locked or unlocked. WEATHER GUARD is also releasing four new, durable aluminum headache racks that can be swiftly and easily adjusted to meet the needs of professionals, transforming any truck into a professional, multi-functional work truck. These new innovations are constructed and designed exclusively for professionals that require the best trucks and equipment for the task at hand.

    Advancements in Truck Box Security: Saddle and Lo-Side Boxes

    The 2024 WEATHER GUARD Saddle and Lo-Side truck boxes include 1Key Ultralock. The premium locking and latching system combines maximum security with fleet management flexibility. The ultra-secure lock-and-latch system prevents theft, and the ultra-versatile key enables customers to manage one vehicle or an entire fleet of truck boxes by simply coding each truck box to a single 1Key. Another useful new feature is the ability to immediately determine whether the truck box is secured or not using the highly visible, pop-up red lock. No more peering at each truck box lock to see if it is unlocked. If the red push-button appears, it means the device has been unlocked.

    Other 2024 Saddle and Lo-Side truck box features include:

    • Long-Haul Durability: The new truck boxes include an ARMOR Tuf powder coat for long-term performance and to keep the boxes looking excellent for a lifetime.
    • Superior Weather Resistance: The precision fit weather stripping creates a tight seal, ensuring superior weather resistance and protection.
    • Enhanced Attachment Points: The various attachment points allow a large clearance for straps.

    The new WEATHER GUARD Saddle and Lo-Side Boxes have a streamlined design and are suitable for a wide range of tradespeople, including home builders and commercial contractors. Over 60 distinct product models for complete, small, and low-profile trucks are featured in the 2024 truck boxes.

    Headache Racks Provide Professional Function and Style

    WEATHER GUARD is also launching four new headache racks, which are meant to protect cab occupants from injuries in the event of a sudden shift in cargo weights. These latest offerings may enhance functioning. A built-in accessory channel enables for the easy installation of light brackets, connection hooks, or baggage stops as needed.

    The new headache racks are offered in four different styles: half bar, hex, louvered, and open frame. End-users can select the style that best suits their needs while also completing the appearance and functioning of their work truck.

    The new WEATHER GUARD headache racks’ universal fit allows for easy installation on full-size pickup makes and models, as well as compatibility with a range of truck boxes, including saddle boxes, low-sides, and gull-wings. The new headache racks are now height adjustable, letting you to transport products at roof height or higher as needed. And the WEATHER GUARD moniker indicates that the product is high-quality and sturdy enough to withstand the toughest conditions caused by wind, rain, sun, and other unpredictable weather.
