DEWALT Enters the Snow Category with Its First Snow Blower, the 21 In.

The 21 in 60V MAX* Single-Stage Snow Blower from DEWALT, a Stanley Black & Decker brand and a leader in total jobsite solutions, is the brand’s first-ever snow blower.

DEWALT designed the snow blower for professional results, with the ability to power through tough snow and clear up to 16 parking spaces** on a single charge as a leading provider and innovator of outdoor power equipment.

“The demand for battery-powered outdoor power equipment continues to grow as snow blowers join the latest wave of products to transition from gas to battery,” Stanley Black & Decker Vice President, Walk Behind Product Management, Ronit McGuthrie, said. “As an industry pioneer in battery technology, DEWALT has designed a professional-grade snow solution that delivers powerful, innovative features for our customers.”

About the DEWALT 21 in. 60V MAX* Single-Stage Snow Blower

The 21 in. is powered by FLEXVOLT battery technology. The 60V MAX* Single-Stage Snow Blower provides dependable performance, durability, runtime, and convenience.

The 7-inch steel auger cuts through heavy, wet snow, and the two-way electric chute rotation allows for directional control with the touch of a paddle. The dual LED headlights aid visibility in low-light conditions, and the advanced LED dashboard displays the state of charge, current operational mode, high load indicator, and fault indicator.

Three power modes – Eco, Standard, and Max Power – give users options based on their needs. Max Power mode provides faster clearing and more power, throwing snow up to 40 feet***, while Eco mode provides longer battery life than Max Power mode. When the job is finished, the quick fold handles make storage and transportation a breeze.
The 21 in. In September, the 60V MAX* Single-Stage Snow Blower will be available as a bare unit (tool only) and kitted where DEWALT products are sold.

*The maximum initial battery voltage (without a load) is 60 volts. The nominal voltage is 54 volts.
**Per charge, based on a 9’x18′ average parking space in 3″-5″ snow depth and the use of two (2) DCB612 batteries. The outcomes may differ depending on the environmental conditions.
***Throwing distance was calculated using a long snow discharge arc. The outcomes may differ depending on the environmental conditions.
