Hilti North America, a global leader in the commercial construction sector, announces the Kwik-X Dual Action Anchor system, the first of its type on the market, combining the outstanding performance of adhesive anchors with the installation speed and simplicity of screw anchors.
Kwik-X lowers costly man hours and jobsite expenses by eliminating many steps in the typical adhesive anchor installation method. When compared to typical adhesive anchoring solutions, Kwik-X can cut installation time by up to 70% and save up to 20% on overall installation costs.

Leading up to a 4x faster installation over traditional adhesive anchors and combined with Hilti’s industry-leading expertise, thereby reducing labor costs and helping deliver peace of mind to a jobsite,” Rafael Santos, senior director of the Hilti North America fastening and protection business unit, made the statement.
The solution, which consists of the simple Kwik-X pre-portioned adhesive capsule and the Kwik HUS-EZ screw anchor, delivers the necessary performance for safety-critical applications. It cuts the number of steps in the installation process, such as hole cleaning, curing time, and dispensing, reducing adhesive waste and the need for accessories such as brushes, air compressors, and dispensers. Its ease of use increases productivity by lowering the possibility of human error. Other features such as good performance in real-world jobsite conditions and the flexibility to remove and replace the anchor in the same borehole cater to the installer’s needs. These elements help contractors save time and money.
