Dallas-Fort Worth Gets a Digital-First Home Remodeling Service from Dwellify

    Dwellify, a new digital-first home remodeling service, announced that it is now available in the Dallas-Fort Worth market.

    According to new study, 77% of Dallas homeowners experienced home remodel delays, which may be difficult while trying to stay on schedule.

    Dwellify combines a project management mobile app with a free, AI-powered designed questionnaire, a high definition room visualizer tool, and much more to ease the home remodeling process and help homeowners feel confident in putting design fantasies into reality while reducing stress.

    Dallas-Fort Worth Homeowner Survey

    According to a recent Wakefield Research for Dwellify poll, more than half of Dallas-Fort Worth homeowners (51%) considered the overall time it took to complete the remodel to be overwhelming, and 41% said the project went longer than expected. However, the statistics revealed that far more than half (70%) spent more than they had planned.

    Other discoveries include:

    Remodeling can be overwhelming. More than half of area homeowners (52%) who remodeled their kitchen or bathroom say the length of the process was overwhelming and that they wished they had more support.

    Staying on budget is valued. Time and money are seldom far apart, and the entire cost surprised more than two-fifths of homeowners (41%). 70% report their project cost more than planned, with 21% spending more than the original estimate.

    Professional help is appreciated. Nearly half (47%) attempted a remodel with little to no expert assistance, and a surprising number (49%) regretted not engaging a professional.
