Axalta Introduces Wood Vibes: Blossom, Its Annual Wood Color Collection

The 2022 edition of Axalta’s Industrial Wood Coatings color trends campaign, Wood Vibes: Blossom, focuses on home interior color trends, including wood finishing trends.

The new collection is inspired by nature, with a focus on soft, neutral, and calming color palettes that will evoke a sense of comfort and well-being as the world continues to experience unprecedented events and customers seek healing and peace.

The global epidemic has changed people’s lives as well as many aspects of home design.

Because of the pandemic’s impact on emotions and behaviors, there is a desire for rebalancing and regeneration.
Blossom was inspired by the therapeutic power of gardening.

Flowers and plants have been shown to have a positive impact on people’s well-being as they seek consolation and healing.

Using specific flower colors brings positive energy into a space.

White Magnolia uses the purest of whites to design a clean and calm space in the Wood Vibes: Blossom color palette.

The Thistle Beige collection features a variety of neutral hues that evoke feelings of positivity and balance.

Heather Brown’s earthly palette represents earth tones, creating a soothing and nurturing environment.

The Lavender Bush collection is comprised of pink and purple hues, resulting in a refreshed palette of a healing and soothing environment.

The Blue Hydrangea collection is classic and cozy, creating a soothing atmosphere in the home.

With elegant, yet soothing soft green hues, the Green Cactus collection evokes a sense of cleanliness.

Gray Santolina is a minimalistic and neutral collection that adds personality and warmth to any space.

“Our Wood Vibes collection is an opportunity to share Axalta’s color expertise with the wood and building products market that will ultimately provide consumers the latest hues and colors aligned with leading interior design trends,” said Axalta Industrial Building Products Vice President and General Manager Wade Arnold.
