Camarillo, California-based Nature’s Generator has launched the MyGrid 10K Gen 2, a whole-home energy system that provides backup power during outages and lets homeowners use stored energy to cut costs when utility rates are higher.
The system delivers 10,000W continuous and up to 20,000W peak output from 10,496Wh of LiFePO4 battery storage. Compatible configurations expand storage beyond 73kWh, and two compatible units provide up to 20,000W of output.
MyGrid 10K Gen 2 charges from solar, wind, or AC power and supports AC coupling with existing solar systems in compatible configurations. It offers 120V/240V split-phase output, switches compatible loads to backup power in under 20 milliseconds, and recharges to 80% in about two hours under supported conditions.
“We wanted MyGrid 10K Gen 2 to be useful every day, not just when the power goes out,” said Lawrence Zhou, CEO of Nature’s Generator. “It gives homeowners a simple way to use stored energy, save on electricity when rates are higher, and still have reliable backup power when they need it.”
“Homeowners want backup power they can count on, especially when they’re running multiple appliances or essential equipment,” said Armando Rosales, Head of Sales at Nature’s Generator. “MyGrid 10K Gen 2 gives them the power, fast switchover and expandable storage to handle everyday energy needs and be ready as well when an outage happens.”
Buyers can find the system through Nature’s Generator, The Home Depot, Lowe’s, and Amazon.
