Chicago Faucets Brings CF Connect PLUS and E-Tronic 80 SoapBank to ASPE 2026

Chicago Faucets is introducing CF Connect PLUS, a BACnet/IP water management platform, and the E-Tronic 80 SoapBank centralized soap system. The Des Plaines, Illinois, company set both products for the ASPE 2026 Expo, held October 12 and 13 in Oklahoma City, at booth 708.

CF Connect PLUS links compatible HyTronic touchless faucets to a building automation system (BAS) through native BACnet/IP. Temperature-sensing angle stops and a central Gateway bring point-of-use water data into the BAS. The system monitors water temperature, automates and documents hygiene flushing, and offers wired and Bluetooth options for new construction and retrofit projects.

“Building automation has continued to expand across virtually every major building system, but point-of-use water performance has often remained outside that conversation,” said Greg Hunt, Commercial Product Manager at Chicago Faucets. “CF Connect PLUS gives engineers and building owners another way to connect plumbing infrastructure with the systems they are already using to manage their buildings.”

Chicago Faucets recently joined BACnet International as a Silver Member.

The E-Tronic 80 SoapBank supplies multiple dispensers from one centralized 13-liter reservoir. It comes in two, three, and four dispenser configurations and targets high-traffic sites such as airports, stadiums, schools, and convention centers, where single-point refilling cuts service time.

“ASPE is an important opportunity for us to talk directly with the engineers and specifiers who influence how commercial plumbing systems are designed,” said Hunt. “We want to show them not only what is possible with connected water management, but also practical solutions that can make facilities easier to operate and maintain.”

Key features:

  • Native BACnet/IP connection between HyTronic touchless faucets and building automation systems
  • Temperature-sensing angle stops and Gateway for point-of-use water data
  • Automated, documented hygiene flushing
  • Wired and Bluetooth options for new and retrofit installations
  • SoapBank centralized 13-liter reservoir in two, three, or four dispenser configurations
