New Rockfon Wood Look Metal Ceiling Products Help Occupants Experience the Tranquility of Nature in Commercial Spaces

The revised product suite includes expanded Metalwood and Woodscenes finishes, as well as the new Woodlands collection, for 26 inspirational styles.

New Wood Look items in the Rockfon metal ceiling panel range assist North American architects and designers in creating functional, appealing, and calm areas for building occupants. The revised product suite includes expanded Metalwood and Woodscenes finishes, as well as the new Woodlands collection, for 26 inspirational styles. Each allows architects and designers to easily combine woodgrain appearances into ceilings, creating the impression of being outside indoors.

The Wood Look product line offers a variety of advantages, including acoustic support, design freedom, durability, and increased textures. Wood Look metal ceilings are a practical approach to replicate the natural appearance of wood while maintaining the durability and functionality of metal ceilings, such as corrosion resistance and outside capabilities.

“Introducing wood tones to interior spaces is proven to foster a sense of calm,” explains Michael Thill, Product Manager – Metal Ceilings. “We’ve adopted a design-forward approach to adding on-trend finishes to these high-performance items. The new Wood Look coatings add a modern touch while retaining the toughness and versatility of metal for long-lasting, low-maintenance solutions.”

    • The Metalwood and Woodscenes families expand
    • Three new Metalwood treatments, totaling ten wood tones.
    • Three new Metalwood finishes complement the Rockfon Infinity perimeter trim and Chicago Metallic suspension grid.
    • There are now 10 new Woodscenes finishes to pick from, bringing the total number to 12.
    • New Woodscenes coatings ensure long-lasting interior-to-exterior possibilities.
    • Combining Rockfon’s perforation options with acoustical treatments, including the factory-applied Acoutex backer, can result in up to 0.95 NRC.
